The West Haven Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on September 9, 2026, according to a September 3 notice. The meeting is set to begin at 6:00 PM.
The agenda for the meeting includes action on minutes from the August 26, 2026, meeting. Additionally, the commission will discuss preliminary site plan approval for 11th West Apartments Ph 2-1033 W Wilson Lane, submitted by applicant Craig Widmier.
Other discussion and action items include a final site plan and conditional use permit approval for an automobile repair facility, Egan Auto, located at 3972 S 3275 W, submitted by applicant Donna Egan.
The meeting will also feature workshops regarding accessory dwelling unit standards, R-3 zoning standards, and development access standards and improvements for small developments.
