The City of Orem scheduled a Development Review Committee meeting for September 8, 2026, according to a report published September 4. The meeting is set to take place at 11:00 AM in the Aspen Conference Room located on the second floor of 56 N State Street.
The agenda for the meeting includes a text amendment regarding the Orem Hale Center Theater Property Redevelopment. This involves a request to amend the text of the PD-13 zone and adopt a new concept plan for the property located generally at 225 West 400 North.
Another item on the agenda is a request to condominiumize properties within the Shelly Lane Subdivision. The Shelly Lane Condominiums are located generally at 750 N 100 West in the R6 zone.
The committee will also consider the approval of minutes from the Development Review Committee meetings held on August 24, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
