The Stookey Fire, located west of Vernon in Tooele County, has grown to an estimated 300 acres.
According to Utah Fire Info, there are no threats to any structures at this time.
Weather conditions are expected to remain hot and dry with very low relative humidity tonight. However, a statement from Utah Fire Info noted that calm winds should assist ground and air crews working on the scene.
One dozer has been reported on scene at the fire.
The Tom Creek Fire currently burning 16 miles southwest of Vernon is estimated at approximately 50 acres. Air tankers and helicopters are droppinh retardant and water, with multiple engine crews on the ground.
