The Providence Hall Board of Trustees is scheduled to hold a work session and a regular board meeting on September 9, 2026, according to a September 8 notice. The meetings will be held at the Providence Hall High School Library located in Herriman.
The work session is scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM and includes items such as PTO Carnival assignments, a performing arts center fundraising plan, and a high school athletic program presentation. Other topics for the work session include campus-wide and school-specific goals, committee dates and assignments, and a roll call.
A regular board meeting will follow the work session at 6:00 PM. The agenda for the board meeting includes public comments, routine business items such as financial reports and LEA updates, and the approval of minutes from the August 19, 2026, meeting. The board will also consider action items including LEA specific licenses approval and the TSSA framework and plan for 2026-27.
The board may enter into a closed session to discuss matters including collective bargaining, litigation, real property, security-related personnel or systems, or individual professional competence and health.
Next month's meeting is scheduled for October 8, 2026, at the Junior High, with a work session at 5:00 PM and a board meeting at 6:00 PM.
