The Fruit Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, to discuss Title 10-11-25 regarding Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADU), according to a Sept. 8 notice.
The hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights, Utah. Interested parties are invited to attend and offer comments.
Documents related to the DADU ordinance are available for public inspection at City Hall from Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Digital copies can also be viewed on the city website at www.fruitheightsgov.gov.
Written comments may be submitted to the City Recorder at City Hall and must be delivered no later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026. Questions may be directed to Fruit Heights City Manager Darren Frandsen.
