Lone Peak High School scheduled senior CCR meetings to take place from September 16 through September 30, according to a notice posted on the school's website.
The meetings were to be held in the Little Theater as a group. According to the school, these sessions were designed to provide time-sensitive information regarding graduation, scholarships, and college application deadlines.
In an undated notice, the school stated that sign-ups for the meetings opened on August 29. Students were encouraged to use the school's scheduler at http://www.canyoncreeksoftware.com/scheduler/ut/alpine/index.cfm between September 1 and September 10 to schedule their meetings using the password knights.
