A staff member at a youth treatment facility in southern Utah has been arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse after he allegedly beat a resident at the facility. Isaiah Tuiasosopo, 33, was arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse, a first-degree felony for an alleged incident that happened at Kiva Adventure Ranch earlier this month.
