The Lehi City Planning Commission was scheduled to hold a public hearing on August 27, 2026, to receive public comment on several items. The meeting was set for 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers located at 131 North 100 East.
The agenda included a request from Perry Commercial to amend the Traverse Mountain Area Plan. This request involves changing approximately 5 acres at Timpanogos Highway and Mountain View Road from High Density Residential to Highway Commercial.
Other items on the agenda included a request from Ryan Harmison for an exception regarding the 235 Office Suites Concept at 235 W State Street. Additionally, the commission was scheduled to review Jeanne Walker's request for R-1-22 zoning for the Pasture Walk Annexation on 4.4 acres near 900 North 1000 West.
The commission was also scheduled to consider Nick Nelson's request for a zone change from TH-5 to A-5 at 1193 North 2300 West. Finally, AT&T requested conditional use approval for the AT&T River Walk Preliminary Children's Antenna, which involves placing a telecommunications antenna on top of Primary Children's Hospital at 2250 North Miller Campus Drive.
