The Payson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026, to consider a zone change request for a 2.07-acre area, according to a September 10 notice.
The proposed amendment to the Payson City Zoning Map would change approximately 2.07 acres of land, located on Utah County parcels 300650081, 300650002, and 300650074, from an A-5-H Annexation Holding Zone to an RMF-10 Multi-Family Residential Zone. According to the notice, the request is intended to align with the future land use outlined in the South Meadows Specific Area Plan.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center, located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Participation is also available electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
