Election Notice
Notice is hereby given that a regular general election will be held on Tuesday, November 3,
2026, to elect candidates to the offices listed on the regular general election ballot.
For voters receiving a ballot by mail, ballots will be mailed beginning 21 calendar days
before the election, on October 13, 2026. The location of ballot drop boxes, the location and
hours of polling places, including early voting polling places and hours, and qualifications of
individuals who may vote in the election can be found at the Duchesne County Elections
website (https://duchesne.utah.gov/gov/elected-officials/clerk-auditor/elections-home/) and
Vote.Utah.gov, by calling the Duchesne County Elections Office at 435-738-1100, or at the
Duchesne County Administration Building, 734 N Center Street, Duchesne, Utah 84021.
On Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026, the polls will open at 7:00 AM and remain
open until 8:00 PM.

Early Voting
Early voting will be conducted at the Duchesne County Administration Building, 734 N
Center Street, Duchesne, Utah, during the following dates and times:
October 26–30, 2026
9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Accessible Voting
Duchesne County will provide voting assistance and accessible voting equipment for
individuals with disabilities at the Duchesne County Administration Building, Conference
Room #1, 734 N Center Street, Duchesne, Utah, during early voting and on Election Day.
Accessible voting equipment and voting assistance will also be available at the Crossroads
Senior Center, 50 E 200 S, Roosevelt, Utah, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 7:00
AM–8:00 PM.

An individual with a disability who is unable to vote a manual ballot by mail may contact the
Duchesne County Elections Office at 435-738-1100 or visit 734 N Center Street, Duchesne,
Utah 84021, for information about accessible voting options.
Automatic Tabulating Equipment Testing
Duchesne County will publicly conduct a pre-election logic and accuracy test of the
automatic tabulating equipment to be used to count ballots for the 2026 General Election.

Qualifications to Vote
To vote in the 2026 General Election, an individual must meet the qualifications established
by Utah law, including being a United States citizen, being a resident of Utah for at least
30 days immediately before the election, and being at least 18 years old by November
3, 2026.
