The Iron County School District Board of Education previously approved a traditional calendar for the 2026-27 school year. While this traditional calendar was approved, the board noted they would continue to discuss different options.
The district has also been involved in discussions regarding boundary proposals. Earlier this year, the Board of Education held a public hearing for a boundary proposal, following various tweaks made to proposed changes affecting schools including East, South, North, Iron Springs, and Three Peaks.
