Neighbors raise safety concerns over proposed charter school near two existing schools

A proposed charter school near Hobble Creek Elementary and Mapleton Junior High has some Mapleton residents concerned about student safety, increased traffic and whether the neighborhood can accommodate another school. The proposed school is planned for 1200 North, near two existing schools located less than a mile apart.
