Black Desert Resort will host the Bank of Utah Championship, the second of eight FedExCup Fall events in 2026. According to a September 29 report, the venue represents one of the latest additions to professional tournament venues.
The 18-hole championship course was built in 2023 and was designed by Tom Weiskopf. It measures 7,421 yards and plays to a par of 71. The layout includes a higher proportion of par 4s than is typically found on professional tour venues, consisting of 11 par 4s, four par 3s, and three par 5s.
Playing conditions at the resort include creeping bentgrass for the fairways, greens, and tees to provide consistent surfaces. The rough areas utilize Kentucky bluegrass, which offers a different texture and playing characteristic compared to the bentgrass surfaces.
The course layout begins with a 501-yard par 4 on the first hole. The course features several par 3s, including the 152-yard hole 8 and the 151-yard hole 17. The final hole is a par 5 measuring 595 yards.
The tournament is part of the 2026 FedExCup Fall schedule.
