WELLINGTON – Locals were invited to paint a mural at the Wellington City ball fields this week in preparation for the Rock & Coal Music Festival. Jennifer Clark called for volunteers who wanted to assist with a paint-by-numbers party to transform one of the cinderblock baseball dugouts into a colorful mural. “It has been a labor of love,” Clark said.
