The Farr West Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Oct. 22, 2026, to consider a re-zone request for the A & E Brown Development property, according to a notice posted Oct. 8.
The hearing is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at Farr West City Hall, located at 1896 N 1800 W. The purpose of the meeting is to receive and consider comments regarding a request to re-zone the property, identified as parcel number 15-831-0002 and located at approximately 1741 North 1200 West, from the A-1 zone to the Senior Housing Residential Zone.
Interested residents are invited to attend the meeting, which is expected to conclude by 8:00 p.m.
