EMERY CO. – On May 17, on a social media post, the Emery County Sheriff’s Office praised their K-9 deputy, Dak, for discovering 28.5 pounds of methamphetamine during a vehicle search. Sheriff Huntington said in the post that during the search conducted by Deputy Smith that morning, Dak gave a positive indication on the vehicle, leading to the discovery.
