Unbelievable. At the Aug. 4 County Commission meeting, the conservative majority approved a service agreement between Grand County and Via Transit for an Arches shuttle. Shuttle buses funded by the National Park Service pick up and drop off passengers at the Zion Human History Museum‎ stop in Zion National Park in 2016.
