A free Circle of Security parenting workshop was scheduled to be held in North Salt Lake for parents of children between 4 months and 6 years old, according to a September 3 announcement.
The classes were scheduled for Thursdays from September 24 through November 19 between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. at City Hall. The workshop focused on helping parents learn how to fill a child's emotional cup by helping them recognize and organize emotions. The program aimed to help parents build confidence in becoming bigger, stronger, wiser, and kind for their children.
