The Tooele Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026, to consider a conditional use permit request, according to a September 15 public notice.
The request was submitted by Ashlee Isbell, the business owner of Ash’s Little Shop of Howlers. The permit would authorize the use of a pet shop and pet grooming service within the General Commercial (GC) zone. The subject property is located at 134 W 1180 N Suite 13.
The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 90 North Main Street in Tooele. The hearing may be attended in person or electronically via the Tooele City YouTube Channel.
Written comments for the public hearing must be submitted to the City Planner by 11:59 p.m. the day before the hearing. Individuals requiring special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act should notify the Tooele City Planner prior to the meeting.
