NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SEPTEMBER 22, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission
will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the
Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a
proposal to rezone approximately 1.566 acres of property from “CP-2”
(Planned Community Commercial) to “M-1” (Light Manufacturing/Industrial).
The property is located at approximately 181 and 215 West 2675 North.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission
meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
