MeetPure Events is providing masjids, nonprofits, and community organizations with an AI-first event management platform that features zero platform fees, according to an August 27 statement.
Operated by Metastic LLC, the platform provides an alternative to mainstream ticketing services by taking no cut of ticket sales, instead sustaining itself through optional attendee tips.
Founded by technology veteran Zakir Hossain, the platform includes features such as AI-assisted event creation, ticketing, RSV
Ps, mobile check-in, and live fundraising. The platform allows organizers to transform flyer images or text into complete event pages quickly.
Unlike many services that use service charges to recover revenue, MeetPure Events does not charge organizers to use the platform. Standard third-party payment processing costs are passed through transparently. The platform has processed approximately $1.8 million in gross ticketing and fundraising volume to date.
The platform is currently used by several American organizations, including Miftaah Institute, NABIC, Memphis Islamic Center, MUNA, and BITNA.
In a Net Promoter Score survey of nearly 200 respondents, MeetPure Events received a score of 82, with 87% of respondents identified as promoters.
Zakir Hossain, who previously held a senior engineering leadership role at IBM, stated that the platform was created so community leaders would not have to use platforms that conflict with their values. He noted that the tool allows nonprofits and volunteer teams to access high-caliber technology without compromising their values or paying high fees.
