The Millard County Public Safety building and all offices located within are closed until further notice following a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Millard County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
Due to this closure, staff from the Clerk’s Office will be teleworking. In-person services, including the issuance of marriage licenses and passports, will be delayed until the evacuation order is lifted.
Residents seeking passport information are advised to visit travel.state.gov or use the passport facility locator at https://passportfacilitylocator.travel.state.gov/ to find alternative locations.
For marriage licenses, individuals may apply at any county clerk’s office within the State of Utah and may be married in any county within the state. The closest options to Millard County include the Juab County Clerk’s Office and the Beaver County Clerk’s Office.
