The River Heights City Council adopted Ordinance No. 6-2026 on July 21, 2026. The ordinance provides for the compensation of elected and statutory officers of River Heights City.

The summary locations included the City Office at 520 South 500 East, telephone poles at 600 East River Heights Blvd and 700 South Summerwild Ave, the Utah State Public Notice Website, and the River Heights City Website.
The certification for the ordinance passage was dated July 23, 2026.
