Most of the site is currently vacant, with the exception of one single-family home.
Additionally, Intermountain Healthcare (IHC) submitted a proposal for a new hospital located at 754 S State St. This design review and conditional use request includes a 10-story and a 7-story building, a 6-level parking garage, and a 7-level off-site parking garage at 750 S Main St. The proposal also includes a food truck court, various plaza and open space areas, and a public mid-block walkway, and requires a conditional use for the hospital and a proposed heliport.
