Layton City issued a public notice for a rezoning application at 2382 East 1200 North, according to a June 11 announcement from the city's Planning and Zoning department.
In addition to the rezoning notice scheduled for June 23, Layton City posted several other upcoming notices dated June 18. These include amendments to the fiscal year 2025-2026 budget, the adoption of the FY2026-2027 RDA budget, and a proposed amendment to Title 19 zoning regarding seasonal outdoor vendor fencing.
In Kanosh Town, the municipal calendar lists upcoming government sessions for early July. A Planning and Zoning Committee meeting is scheduled for July 7, followed by a Kanosh Town Council meeting on July 8, according to the town's official agenda and minutes portal.
