A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Planning Commission on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:

Barber Estates; 7401 South 5490 West: Rezone RR-1D (Rural Residential 1 Acre Lots) to R-1-12 (Residential Single-Family 12,000 Square Foot Minimum Lot Size) Zone; Anderson Development (applicant)

Sugar Factory on the Creek Townhomes; 1790 West Sugar Factory Road; Preliminary Site Plan, Preliminary Major Subdivision; CC-R Zone; Dale Bennett/Bennett Properties LLC (applicant)

If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit the City of West Jordan website at https://westjordan.primegov/public/portal approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for packet materials and Zoom login information.
