LAS VEGAS, Nevada, June 16, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — An arrest has been made in connection with the the fatal shooting of a West Point man who, on May 30, was gunned down outside his residence by someone in a maroon Honda Civic. The victim was James Randall “Randy” Witten, 71.
