The Women Tech Awards announced its 2026 honorees on Wednesday, celebrating female leaders driving innovation and economic impact across industries such as artificial intelligence, healthcare, and cybersecurity. The upcoming event, scheduled for Sept. 17 at The Grand America Hotel, aims to highlight the women shaping the future of the technology ecosystem.
Diverse Field of Honorees
The 2026 awards program will feature a diverse group of professionals, including executives and researchers from major organizations. Honorees include Alice Schwarze, Head of Research at the Office of AI Policy for the Utah Department of Commerce; Alisha Garrett, Chief Enterprise Strategy Officer for the Utah Transit Authority; and Amy Cook, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Fullcast.
Other recognized leaders include Arpana Sinha, Vice President at Goldman Sachs; Becki Wright, Founder and CEO of Proximity; and Brittany Woytko, Thermal Vacuum Manager at the Space Dynamics Laboratory. The list continues with prominent figures such as Cara Baldwin of Torus, Carmen Kivisild of Elnora AI, Inc., and Christina Baum, Vice President of Digital Transformation/CIO at Utah Valley University.
Recognizing Emerging Leadership
The event serves as a platform for executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders to learn from women transforming various sectors. According to the Women Tech Council, the celebration will focus on how these leaders advance AI, create new business models, develop breakthrough technologies, and solve complex challenges that create measurable economic impact.
In addition to the primary honorees, the organization plans to introduce Rising Star Honorees, Career Transformation Honorees, and Student Pathway Honorees in the coming weeks. The most prestigious Distinguished Women Tech Honorees will be revealed live during the ceremony.
Event Details and Registration
Hosted by Kristin Wright and Cydni Tetro, the Sept. 17 event is presented by CHG Healthcare, Cox Automotive, Domo, and Vivint. This year's program, which follows Entrata's annual conference, will utilize a theater-style format at the Grand America Hotel's Grand Ballroom.
Registration is currently open for several ticket tiers. Organizations can reserve Company Sections for 10 guests to enjoy premium seating, or opt for a Mentor Section. The Mentor Section, priced at $2,000, includes 12 seats—eight for a company and four reserved for SheTech high school students to encourage mentorship and conversation with technology leaders.
