BRIGHAM CITY, Utah (ABC4) — When Brigham City resident Hue McCulley went to take his garbage can out to the road Thursday morning, he noticed something fishy. More than two dozen fish were lying on both his driveway and in his backyard. The fish came through his secondary water, and they likely originated from Pineview Reservoir.
