KANE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — Heavy rain brought flash flooding to parts of Kane County on Monday night. This morning, residents were met with mud, debris, and hours of clean up in its wake. Orderville, Mt. Carmel and Mt. Carmel Junction were all impacted.
