Matthew Jacob Leonard was arrested facing two counts of aggravated murder in April after two people went missing, one of whom was his mother. Leonard was accused of killing Sarah Johnson and John Handricks. According to the probable cause statement, a witness told police they were spending time with Johnson, Handricks and Leonard when they heard five gunshots.
