HELPER – On Thursday, July 2, during the Helper City Council meeting, the ‘Legends After Dark’ tournament was discussed, with the possibility of holding the games in Helper instead of the previous location in Price. The council approved a last-minute permit for the “Legends After Dark” 3-on-3 basketball tournament on July 31.
