A community favorite event returns to the Castle Country beginning on Thursday, Aug. 20, as the Helper Arts Festival returns for its 32nd year. The festival also marks the first year under the control of the Helper Engine, bringing a new theme to the fray as this year's rendition has been dubbed 'Open Source'.
