Scores of residents and visitors didn’t let rainfall dampen their desire to celebrate Dios de la Muerto — Day of the Dead — which was held in Moab for the 16th time, this time indoors at Helen M. Knight Elementary School on Sunday afternoon. An ofrenda, or altar, for Ren Hatt, the late mayor of Green River who died in a highway accident Dec. 5.
