State agency says Summit County did not illegally kill a bull elk on 910 Cattle Ranch last summer

Community members who had a relationship to the 910 Cattle Ranch prior to Summit County’s purchase of the 8,500-acre open space parcel have often clashed with county officials regarding wildlife management practices on the property.
