The Park City Police Department last weekend received a complaint from the Rail Trail in the area of Prospector Avenue, where three people were reported to be drinking on the trail. on Sunday, Sept. The person who contacted the police indicated there were ongoing issues of people leaving litter & beer cans all over the trail, according to agency logs.
