May 19, 1947 – Sept. 21, 2026 Fay Marlene Ruybal, 79, of Tooele, Utah, passed away peacefully on Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, at Mountain West Medical Center in Tooele following a heart attack. Fay was born May 19, 1947, in Tooele, Utah, to John and Ida Stahl.
