The most expensive bull ever went for $1.51 million in 2019. At a Montana auction this past weekend, an Angus bull sold for $900,000. You read that right — a single bull sold for nearly a million dollars. Such a high valuation was not necessarily a surprise for owner of the nine-month-old bull, Doug Stevenson, whose family has been raising Angus beef since 1947.
