The man police suspect might have shot her before turning the gun on himself has been identified as Charles Anthony Tony Nelson, 30, of Moab. Moab Police Chief Lex Bell wrote in an email that a neighbor reportedly saw Nelson exit his vehicle and ram through the door before hearing the woman inside scream.
