One person is dead and a second was taken to the hospital in critical condition after a shooting Tuesday afternoon at 290 W. Williams Way in Moab, according to a press release from the Moab City Police Department., the department said in a release signed by Police Chief Lex Bell and posted to the department's Facebook page Tuesday evening.
