When a windswept fire ripped through the Dixie Downs mobile home park in Ivins, the damage was extensive. The fire consumed five homes. "The fire moved so fast it was amazing that everyone was able to get out in time. It started at one house and then jumped to a tree that went up like a Roman candle, and from there it ripped into three other homes," Tineise Davenport said.
