Ten days after SLC water main break, displaced families face uncertain future

Ten days after a 20-inch water main break sent water rushing into homes along Emery Street, four displaced families are still waiting to learn when they can return home and who will pay to rebuild. The break occurred early August 16 near 500 South and 1100 West.
