SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Sept. 30, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — A man convicted last month of the 2018 murder of Candace Samples and the attempted manslaughter of a man who tried to stop the attack has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
