PIUTE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — Flood conditions in Piute County near the Cottonwood Fire burn scar have forced road closures on US-89 near Junction. According to the Utah Highway Patrol (UHP), troopers are stationed at SR-20 and US-89 to move as much traffic as possible out of Junction.
