He said he first came to Utah from Wyoming after the restaurant and hotel he was working for went out of business. He was not only out of a job, but also a place to live. After spending about six months homeless in Utah, Loveridge said he first heard about job opportunities with Advantage Services, a social enterprise nonprofit that goes out of its way to employ people who need it most.
