Utah consumer protection director calls for changes to state Lemon Law

When consumers buy a new vehicle, they expect it to work. But Utah’s Lemon Law, intended to protect people whose new cars cannot be fixed, can be difficult for consumers to use, according to the state’s consumer protection director.
