IRON COUNTY, Utah, May 25, 2026 — Residents in the Red Canyon subdivision southwest of Parowan were evacuated Sunday night as firefighters battled the growing Christy Lane Fire burning near Summit in Iron County. According to Utah Fire Info, the fire was first reported at approximately 5:46 p.m. southwest of Parowan near Summit.
