Here’s what we know so far— An individual brandishing an AR-15 style rifle was seen heading towards a crowd of protestors. A local volunteer who saw this fired 3 rounds from a handgun. One of the bullets struck the individual with the AR-15 style rifle, and another struck Arthur Folasa Ah Loo, better known as Afa.
