Gloria Dawn Higley Harvey was born to Lawrence (Larry) and Ardith Higley, Oct. 8, 1969, and passed away Aug. 20, 2026 in Ballwin, Missouri. She lived a life defined by intelligence, determination, generosity, adventure, and deep love for her family.
