Summit County may take a closer look at individual neighborhood plans in the winter. It includes 11 chapters, two more than the previous general plan adopted in 2015. General plans in Utah are often advisory or nonbinding. Once those chapters get through the process, then the direction that I've had is to start working on the neighborhood plans, he said.
